Can't stick to that diet? Get a robot coach | Crave - CNET

A robot to help me and others keep on a diet? Nice idea but isn't there an app for that same purpose on the iPhone and Android?

McAfee to compensate home users for bad update | Security - CNET News

This is a good idea for McAfee to do as far as good PR. Assuming it does right through its process for compensation.

Google: U.S. Demanded User Info 3,500 Times in Six Months | Threat Level | Wired.com

It is good to hear that Google is releasing a means to track how often the Government requests information. The idea will help me build trust in Google.

Try out the request tool at http://www.google.com/governmentrequests

VigLink?

I have been using VigLink to help try to improve my affiliated links on my website and my blog. So far it does not seem that I have many links that can be automatically affiliated with any stores that give out money for referencing or directing traffic there way.

I definitely see where the service could be useful to others, but for now its not doing much good for me.

Official Google Enterprise Blog: Q1'10 spam & virus trends from Postini

This is a sad trend to notice but at least some groups are trying to decrease the overall amount. So far Postini is doing a great job of keeping spam out of my inbox. Just have to train it better so that it does not catch the emails I want.

I can not wait to try out all the new features to Google Docs. The only thing I still see as missing is the ability to install/add fonts.

Now this is what I have been waiting for, I could easily see myself buying a Google Tablet using Android instead of the Apple iPad.

The Associated Press: Sharp to sell 3-D TVs in Japan, US, Europe, China

Good to know there will be choices available to choose from with the 3D TVs. I am thinking a 3D TV like this one would be my best choice. But then again I like big TVs.

Netflix Delays Universal and Fox New Releases, including Avatar - PCWorld

This seems like a great idea for NetFlix, Universal, and Fox. I will have to admit, I am more interested in the streaming movies than having the latest releases. If I did not see the movie in a theater, no rush to see it once it goes to DVD.

If its true that Google Voice will soon be accessible via my PC, I will be very happy because then I would finally have an official "home" phone again. I look forward to this moment and can not wait to receive my invite or upgrade to Google Voice.

DailyTech - Western Digital Launches 450GB ($300), 600GB ($330) VelociRaptors

Sounds like a cool piece of hardware. I only wish I could have at least two of the 600GB drives. I might have to go for the smaller storage version though.

Mozilla fixes security hole with Firefox 3.6.3 | Deep Tech - CNET News

Wow, it seems that I already updated Firefox not so long ago and then another patch is required? I guess this means they are finding them faster or needing to work on quality software development before a release happens.
